Job Highlights
Here's What You'll Get To Do
Assist with review of architectural, structural drawings, fabrication and shop drawing submittals against scope of work in the proposal.
Manage the development of shop drawing plans, elevations, wall sections and details for architectural glazing products using estimates, take-offs, project specifications, and/or architectural and structural drawings
Assist with preparing, updating and communicating project schedules.
Assist in reviewing/revising drawings, per red line mark ups and written directions from customer, and other submittal documents as needed.
Meet scheduled completion dates as outlined by the program schedule
Create and manage fabrication documents from the approved shop drawings or inputs provided
Participate in reviews of Standard Operating Procedures and compliance.
Create and manage tag drawings for packing and installation
Coordinate outside resources as needed to achieve project delivery goals.
Create material order paperwork, quantifying glass, aluminum parts, steel, etc.
Coordinate project information/documentation distribution, storage, and retrieval.
Coordinate software and data interface between multiple internal and external customers and departments.
Assist PM's with coordinating materials, inventory requirements and shipments through product design, fabrication and installation.
Resolution of issues with internal and external customers that may arise during the project.
Complete program support responsibilities for clients relating to the coordination of shop drawings/submittals, fabrication documents, and material orders.
Material, inventory and sales order management.
Use AutoCad, Inventor and Revit software to create and manage project documents.
Work directly with clients on design or cost initiatives under the direction of our sales consultants.
Provide support to sales and estimating for new and ongoing projects.
Support and train other team members as needed.

What We're Looking For
Physical Requirements
Primarily works in an office environment with controlled climate.
Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment.
