Middle/high school mathematics instructors play a crucial role in our school community, serving as essential supporters of our educational mission. Their responsibilities encompass a variety of essential tasks, including:
Teaching courses aligned with Colorado Academic Standards, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
Planning, Guiding, and Evaluating Learning: Mathematics instructors meticulously plan, guide, and evaluate students' learning journeys within our educational philosophy and curriculum framework. They ensure each student receives a well-rounded and personalized education tailored to their unique needs.
Creating an Ideal Learning Atmosphere: These instructors cultivate an optimal learning environment where students feel encouraged, supported, and motivated to excel in mathematics. They foster a classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for mathematical concepts, setting the stage for academic success.
Implementing High-Quality Mathematics Programs: Mathematics instructors utilize cutting-edge educational programs to enrich the learning experience. By integrating these innovative resources into their teaching practices, they equip students with the tools and resources needed to thrive academically in math.
