We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN/LVN to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants, provide hands-on care, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

As and LPN/LVN, the role involves overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring staff compliance with facility policies, conducting staff meetings, and maintaining accurate census and resident care documentation. Responsibilities include completing and updating medical records, documenting incidents, and recording physician orders and treatment plans. The role also encompasses administering prescribed medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of medications. Personnel management duties include assisting with staffing and scheduling, providing leadership and support, and addressing grievances and staff concerns. The position requires monitoring residents' physical and emotional well-being, overseeing care plans, assisting with admissions, and responding to emergencies. Safety and infection control are prioritized by maintaining a clean environment, enforcing PPE usage, and participating in fire safety and disaster drills. Additionally, the role includes onboarding and training new staff, as well as engaging in ongoing education and compliance with regulatory standards like HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control.
Qualifications
Nursing Degree or completion of an approved LPN/LVN program.
