Accessibility and Volunteer Coordinator (Project Management)
The Accessibility and Volunteer Coordinator role is imperative to enhance the operational efficiency and impact of SWCHRS programs. By ensuring the effective expansion and quality of our professional development offerings, this position will align our programs with evolving market trends and customer preferences, securing the future success of SWCHRS. This role will not only support the growing number of attendees with accessibility needs but also lead and strengthen our volunteer program, ultimately contributing to the department's continued success and growth. Given the immense growth in SWCHRS programs and the increasing number of attendees, this position is essential to maintain our high standards of inclusivity and support, ensuring that our events remain accessible and well-coordinated.
