Sr. Project Manager - Real Estate (Finance)

We're seeking a Project Manager - Real Estate to play a pivotal role in shaping the physical environments that support our mission.
In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic enterprise facilities and construction projects across all Vitalant and business units. From feasibility assessments to design, renovations, and stakeholder collaboration, you'll ensure our spaces meet the needs of today and the possibilities of tomorrow. By effectively managing costs, schedules, and resources, you'll drive the successful completion of projects that help advance Vitalant's life-saving work.
What to Expect
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location for position will be hybrid (3 days in-office) if living within 35 miles of a Vitalant facility; otherwise, this position will be remote.

Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies required.
Knowledge of advanced principles and practices of policy and procedure development required.
Knowledge of advanced methods of research, program analysis and report preparation required. 5. Project and construction management experience required.
Licenses/ Certifications
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience
Five years of project management experience in Health Care or Real Estate preferred to include Three years of real estate project management experience as well as two years of experience in a lead position.
Experience in professional services preferred.
Skills/ Abilities
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Effective oral and written business communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.
Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.

Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management to provide consistent high levels of customer service.
Must have proficient computer skills.
