BASIC FUNCTION: Assist customers who telephone, drive in, or come to the payment windows, receive their payments or provide responses to their needs, questions, or complaints. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive payments for utility services from customers made in person, by mail, by night deposit box, or by electronic transactions, post to their account, balance cash drawer, make bank deposits, and process returned payments. Answer customer questions or complaints about billing or service rendered, referring complaints or service problems to designated departments for investigation. Distribution of mail across various Conway Corp campuses, processing outgoing mail, and various other tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
