As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data, and implement solutions to drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports, automating workflows, and ensuring that business data is leveraged effectively to improve efficiency and performance. W ith a strong background in SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate to join our dynamic team.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases and sources.
Design, implement, and manage data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
Automation & Workflow Optimization:
Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
Integrate various systems and platforms to automate data transfer and reporting tasks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with business leaders and department heads to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead discussions to define KPIs, reporting metrics, and data structures that align with business goals.
Provide ongoing support to ensure data integrity and accuracy across business intelligence solutions.
Documentation & Training:
Document business requirements, data flow diagrams, and reporting standards.
Create user manuals and provide training to end-users on reporting tools and automated processes.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in SQL , Power BI , and Power Automate .
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Experience building workflows and automating processes using Power Automate .
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with other Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with other BI tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus Experience in cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and integrating with business applications.
Certification in Power BI or other business analysis tools is advantageous .
