Aircraft Maintenance Quoter | KVNY (Maintenance)
Position Summary
The Maintenance Quoter reports to the Director of Aircraft Maintenance Operations and is responsible for producing service quotes and maintenance proposals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate, process, format and distribute maintenance quotes.
Collect cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
Price Labor and Parts for the quote process including updating all quotes files with correct information.
Consult with technicians, supervisors, managers, administrators, and sales to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Prepare estimates for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
Prepare scope letters and proposals.
Track win/loss quote rates and manage quoting queue.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Aircraft Maintenance Operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager of MRO Services.
Essential Job Functions
Ability to operate designated technology devices and programs.
Ability to work in the designated office and its environment as well as indoor and outdoor environments within airports including airside facilities, landside facilities, and terminal buildings.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of small and large group settings.
If needed, must have a reasonable space to work from home/remotely with appropriate office set up.
Ability to work extended hours and in a flex schedule to meet the demands of the position.
Able to comply with any and all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Required Education and Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in corporate aviation preferred.
