RN Operations Administrator Urgent Care Ctr. (Full Time) C (Healthcare)
Job Summary: Provides operational oversight throughout the Ambulatory network and acts independently to handle issues, concerns, crisis management, interprets policy and procedures, standard operating procedures (SOARs Checklist), and makes timely decisions that directly impact the operations and patient care delivery. Acts as the Administrative liaison to patients, families, employees, external grant, and affiliation partners. Ensures timely and effective communication and collaboration among departments and service lines. Oversees and manages ambulatory service activities to ensure quality services for both internal and external customers. Serves as a resource to and collaborates with others to advance the Health System's mission and vision, utilizing The Nicklaus Children's Health System Way, Lean performance improvement, DNV-ISO regulatory standards, and the Operating Systems.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
RN - Registered Nurse Licensure within the State of Florida - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
CPR BLS - MCH - CPR Healthcare Provider Maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
4 years of general patient care clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience
2 years of managerial experience

Compliance with all standards for safety, risk management, DNV- ISO regulatory, and infection prevention as required by enforcement agencies.
Essential Job Duties:
Communicates and documents pertinent information (verbal and/or electronic) in a timely manner to the Ambulatory Health System Leaders including nursing, medical, operations, rehabilitation, teleHhealth, school services, and other support departments.
Communicates issues, concerns, and conducts crisis management upon identification by staff or management to coordinate and support.
Provides judgment and self-sufficiency in effective problem solving while servings as administrative, clinical, and operational resource for the Ambulatory Health System network including affiliations & grants in the schools.
Obtains adequate facts and evaluates key data to identify and intervene in actual and/or potential quality, service, safety, risk, and regulatory issues. Investigates and intervenes in situations involving patients, visitors, staff, and other external customers.
Performs the leadership and administrative responsibilities of management in an accurate timely matter.
Provides support during internal/external disasters or other major events. Reacts effectively to unplanned circumstances, demands, and challenges facing the Ambulatory Health System. Monitors emergency action procedures and coordinates activities related to patient and staff safety.
Responds to and assist staff in the compliance to service, quality, safety, and risk-aversion activities.
Serves as a clinical and administrative Health System resource to centers, departments, service lines, and departmental support departments. Supervises patient care by providing support to clinical, operational, and facility services.
