Your Next Career Opportunity - Operations Project Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Project Specialist to support the operations team with project coordination, systems maintenance, and data reporting. This role will assist in managing important projects like developing 3D modeling solutions for the tower industry, improving business processes, and providing insights through data analysis. What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating operational projects, keeping tasks on schedule, and helping track key milestones. Projects include process improvements and the integration of new systems like 3D modeling solutions.
Systems Administration Support: Assist in maintaining and updating operational systems. Help with the implementation of new tools and technologies that improve efficiency and support the team's objectives.
Process Improvement Support: Work closely with senior team members to identify areas for process improvements and assist in documenting and implementing new workflows.
Data Collection & Reporting: Help gather data to track the progress of projects and initiatives. Provide regular reports to senior team members that highlight performance and ROI.
Team Support & Communication: Act as a point of contact for project-related questions, supporting clear communication between departments and external partners. Help ensure that all team members are informed and aligned on project goals.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Be ready to assist with changing project needs and priorities, providing support wherever it's needed to keep projects moving forward.

What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, with some experience in project coordination, systems administration, or supporting enterprise-level projects.
Demonstrated experience with project management or process improvement initiatives, preferably in a technical or operational environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and departments and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or experience assisting in workflow optimization.
Knowledge of systems implementation and administration, particularly in operational or technical environments.
Experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industries is a plus.
