Convention Services Manager (Finance)
Coordinate Convention Services activities at the hotel for meetings and conferences. Work with the Sales department for servicing of bookings and communicate all group requirements to hotel departments. Maintain function files. Verify necessary information, i.e., number of people, price and total costs with group contact(s). Coordinate food, beverage and table arrangements and complete as specified. Responsible for complete follow-up and coordination of services for assigned groups.
