Why we need you:
Collaborate with the Project Manager and ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget constraints Collaborate with the Project Manager and submit/monitor/resolve submittals and RFIs, and buy out process Submit PCOs to project manager for review and approval Download updated drawings from GCs various programs Provide FBO inventory for required projects as requested - this will include site visits Prepare special reports per PM request Respond to day-to-day emails in a timely manner Use construction programs Other duties as assigned
What were looking for:
Associates Degree; or a minimum of 3 years of previous administrative experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner Interpersonal Skillsmaintains confidentiality, remains open to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things Oral communicationspeaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings Written Communicationedits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information Quality controldemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality Adaptabilityadapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Dependabilityconsistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance
