About Native Client Services:
The Native Client Services team is dedicated to building and maintaining deep partnerships with Yahoo's most valuable clients. We are seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
About the Role:
As an Ad Operations Specialist (AOS), you will be responsible for the creation, management, and evaluation of digital ad campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with Yahoo's sales reps, Client Services Leads, and clients to ensure the success of ad campaigns from inception to completion. The AOS team thrives in a fast-paced work environment and excels both individually and as part of a team. Adaptability, quick learning, and an understanding of current digital advertising trends are essential. You will manage high-value campaigns for prestigious clients, providing expertise to improve campaign performance. Your primary goal will be to drive and protect revenue across all Yahoo ad platforms through proactive campaign monitoring and quality execution.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,125.00 - $146,250.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
