Position Summary
Researches, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains systems that affect non-critical system components with a limited number of stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Print/Document Telecommunications Production Control Data Center/Operations Service Desk Client Services
Focus of Opportunity:
IT Technician withing the Employee Tech Endpoints Team - This is an opportunity for a Professional IT Technician with the focus around supporting AV Technologies and Executive Meeting Support. This individual will help support our priority meetings and events. This will include working with meeting organizers to walk through technology and demo capabilities. This individual will also be present during meetings to ensure any issues are addressed and resolved quickly. While not providing meeting support this individual will help peers with support, buildouts, and troubleshoot existing AV technologies.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
a. IT Technician experience
b. Experience working with AV Technologies
c. Ability to identify problems, analyze, assess and resolve incidents
