Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite and Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the efficient implementation and management of Oracle eBusiness Suite, across our Sales Centers, provide ongoing operational and technical support. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to one week per month across 45 locations for system implementation, training, and ongoing support.

Oracle System Support: Participate in ensuring smooth transitions for Sales Center locations and inventory management onto Oracle eBusiness Suite.
Data Management & Cleanup: Help streamline data management and clean up orphaned orders, while ensuring accuracy in part data setup and inventory transactions.
Oracle Go-Live Efficiency: Work to improve the Oracle Go Live process for Sales Centers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy during implementation and after go-live.
Continuous Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Oracle project and IT Enterprise Application teams to drive continuous improvements and provide solutions based on new updates from the IT Enterprise Application team.
Plant Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between General Managers (GM), Regional Managers (RM), Regional Finance Managers (RFM) and plant teams to resolve issues related to Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), and inventory discrepancies.
Educational Training: Provide training on Oracle-related processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and inventory management to GMs, Assistant GMs (AGMs), and other team members.
Post-Go Live Support: Assist with post-Go Live inventories, providing support for future go-lives, and offering guidance based on prior experience (e.g., second inventory in Louisville).
Inventory Control Specialist/Advisor: Oversee inventory reconciliations, account aliases, and inventory transactions in Oracle eBusiness Suite, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Warehouse Setup & Management: Assist with setting up new warehouses, organizing bin locators, labeling, and refreshing locators as locations change or expand.
Master Inventory List Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory list for all warehouses, including product bar codes, pictures, and accurate details for office and warehouse use.
Business Intelligence (BI) Reports: Provide recommendations for BI reports to support robust decision-making and operational insights for the Warehouse Distribution and Sales Centers (WDSC).
Collaboration: Support current operations and finance teams as needed to optimize the use of Oracle eBusiness Suite and assist in ongoing inventory control efforts.
