Custodian (Project Management)

Harris & Bruno International (H&B), a printing equipment and spare parts manufacturer, is seeking a full time Custodian.

We are seeking an individual to conduct cleaning of a commercial property. The property includes a machine shop and offices.

Functions:

Daily cleaning of machine shop including wiping down machines, cleaning walls and pipes, and removal of trash and metal shavings.
Uses equipment, including power tools, scissor lift with safety harness, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
Perform other cleaning work of machine shop and offices under general supervision and additional duties as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.

Education and/or Experience:

Experience maintaining and cleaning commercial properties preferred.
Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
