REIN Business Coordinator II / Sr. Business Coordinator (Transportation)

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Jacksonville REIN Director and the Regional Executive, you will support our regional team by managing key office operations while also providing high-level administrative support for our Jacksonville Regional Executive. You will coordinate and provide support for key projects, as well as develop working relationships within the team, department, division, and with other business partners throughout the Atlanta Fed's footprint. You will need to be adept at coordinating and communicating with business executives, and have an agile and strategic mindset to work proactively with and across the REIN team and the broader Atlanta Fed. You also will play an important role in working with our Board of Directors and Fed Advisory Councils.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinates projects related to business and operations, quality management and operational controls while obtaining knowledge of multiple disciplines; delivers products and services to create efficiencies and improve business processes; contributes to and participates in process improvement and solution discussions
• Maintains and creates reports, documents and other correspondence to stakeholders. Creates, maintains, collects and distributes key materials such as tracking spreadsheets, metrics and/or documentation.
• Works on problems or projects of limited scope and basic complexity; exercises sound judgment within defined procedures and practices; follows standard procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained; receives detailed instructions on routine work and on new projects or assignment.
• Identifies best practices and suggests how to improve current business practices; assists in efforts to improve operations efficiency, and department services; working with others, prepares reports and materials to support proposed recommendations
• Draws on experience and seeks guidance from others when working to resolve issues or support projects of basic complexity (scope/volume/impact) associated with business line processes.
• Manages the following recurring administrative tasks for the Jacksonville Regional Executive and Jacksonville team: travel management, expense reconciliation, calendar management and scheduling, records information management, correspondences with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports local strategy around contact management through information management in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Serves as the first point of contact between the Jacksonville REIN team and top business and community executives and their assistants across the region through meeting scheduling and other types of contact interface, exercising highly professional communication, thoroughness, and accuracy.
• Provides project coordination on strategic assignments, including, but not limited to, consolidation, centralization, and making more efficient the various administrative functions for local office and for REIN department as needed, utilizing strong organizational abilities and written and verbal communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or four years equivalent experience, preferred
