Compensation Analyst - West Division (Ogden, UT) (Finance)

**This position offers a hybrid work arrangement for individuals living in or relocating near a company location.
Position Overview
The Compensation Analysts designs, administers, and analyzes compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and pay structures, to support recruitment, retention and engagement. This role ensures compliance with company policies and industry standards while advising HR and managers on effective pay decisions.
