Digital Experience Intern (Creative Design)

Please Note: We will begin reviewing and prescreening applicants starting on September 10, 2024, and will continue this process through the duration of the Fall Career Fairs we are attending. Communication regarding next steps, including interviews, will begin the week of October 14, 2024.
Hourly Wage:
$18.99 - $21.27
(candidates with significant related experience may be higher)
Description:
The Digital Experience intern will provide overall support to the Digital Experience team by assisting with data analytics, website optimization, and communication management.
Work Schedule:
• Working approximately 15-17 hours per week during the school year and up to 35-40 hours per week during the summer.
• Must be able to work onsite at Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI throughout the school year and during breaks.
• This is a limited term, non-benefit eligible, position that will start January 2025 and go through January 2026. If selected for the internship, you must be able to commit to the full 12 months.
Training:
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
• Enrolled at a University or Technical College throughout the length of the internship, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing Technology, Information Communication Technology, or similar field
• Must have completed or be currently enrolled in courses related to understanding Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Technology, and Search Engine Optimization
• Experience, or interest in, marketing technology and all things digital.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.
