Senior Pricing Coordinator (Finance)

Description:

The Senior Pricing Coordinator will provide services to the pricing, contracts, account management, legal and finance teams to facilitate various analytical, administrative and interactive aspects of the pricing department. Attention to detail, solid time management practices, strong communication skills and the ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships are key to success in this role. A self-starting individual that possesses knowledge of corporate culture dynamics and has a work able business acumen will thrive. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Pricing Data Administration. There will be no direct reports for this position.

Essential Functions:

• Oversees all customer facing documents associated with the offer and proposal process.Collaborates with contracts and legal to ensure adherence to policies and guidance.
• Updates various department pricing files and databases and creates reports as needed by management.
• Collect data for new and in-line product set up documents such as HDA forms, labels approval letters,etc. in preparation for communicating to Compendium and registering products in Puerto Rico. Also uploads data into related portals. Communicates price changes as needed.
• Participates in various RFP, bid and new product launch processes to support growth initiatives.
• Manages the NDC changes program, coordinating all aspects of inventory monitoring and customer notification.Validate pricing established for all customers of transition product.
• Researches pricing discrepancies between systems and customer information and works to resolve. Monitors the discontinued products schedule and sends out notifications as needed in accordance with customer. Oversees customer specific requests for product information. Maintains the shelf stock adjustment tracker and trues up estimates to actuals.

Education:

• High School or GED - Required
• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and work experience - Preferred

Experience:

• 3 years or more in Working in a corporate environment
• 2 years or more in Working in the pharmaceutical industry in pharmaceutical pricing or commercial operations- Preferred

Skills:

• Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) - Advanced
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Intermediate
• Ability to solve problems independently and exercise good judgment. - Intermediate
• Passion for exceptional service to internal and external customers and stakeholders. - Intermediate
