Seasonal Member Representative

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking rising or current college students that would like the opportunity to experience an enriching learning experience around the Credit Union/Financial Industry and professional work skills development. This is a great opportunity to gain professional development while offering seasonal assistance to DCCU branch teams at various locations in Harrisonburg and Augusta County. Seasonal employees can expect to work full-time hours (38 to 40 hours a week) during their available weeks. 

What You'll have the Opportunity to do:

• Process all financial transaction requests to include:
  • cash advances, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and balancing
• Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience
• Gain professional work experience

What You'll Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong passion for service
• Ability to transform service experiences into relationship

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and
• Ability to work as part of a team to promote an efficient and effective workflow
