Inventory Specialist (Administrative)
Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the assigned vault, and assists with our internal audit process by tracking, investigating, and resolving variances.
Responsibilities & Duties
Maintains accurate inventories, manifests, documentation, and reports.
Executes the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of vault and/or facility
Completes required data entry (logging transactions, transfers, and daily intake/outgoing product) using Excel and state electronic recordkeeping systems to maintain compliance
Executes package conversions (splits) to support allocation plans as needed. Completes periodic audits and investigates variances Maintains accurate labeling of all items, SRPs, and batches. Compliant with Company SOPs and state regulations. Ensures the work area is kept in clean and safe condition.
Actively contributes to maintaining a safe work environment by following applicable safety procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting injuries, near misses, and hazards to managementBehaves in a manner that is positive, productive, cooperative, and encourages teamwork.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in an inventory or compliance role required; cannabis industry experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8+ hours) Ability to bend at the waist, kneel, and crouch Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 200lbs Ability to use a step ladder. Manual dexterity is needed for manipulating hand tools. Visual acuity is needed to accurately read small screens and labels.

Warehouse/production facility environment with environmental controls Consistent moderate background noise level due to machinery and HVAC Generally working in confined vault space without natural light Exposure to keef/dust and cannabis odor Exposure to skin contact with plants, to which some individuals may be allergic (PPE provided)
