POSITION SUMMARY:
The People Engagement Partner (PEP) is responsible for employee relations, investigative, and ethics reports intake, analysis and reporting for the agency. The PEP acts independently yet formulates partnerships across People Services to foster and ensure confidentiality and trust with employees to address their specific needs. The PEP provides reports on investigation outcomes identifying trends and recommends solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues, with ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Hiring Range: $70,500-73,500/ year
Travel: travel will be required.
