iTech AG is seeking a strong ServiceNow Application Developer to support our federal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop custom features, and workflows to satisfy business needs
Design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards
Design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements
Work with remote teams and clients
Work independently as well as collaboratively
Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities
Build customized ServiceNow application
Apply technical expertise to enhance team capabilities
Lead the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platform
Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audience
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
Experience in implementing the ServiceNow Service Portal, and building custom applications, which include but are not limited to custom tables, catalog items, workflows, script includes, portal widgets, and business rules
ServiceNow Custom application development experience
Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong experience in producing quality client-facing deliverable content
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience with the Nuvolo IWMS
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain Public Trust
