Summary:
The Head of Digital & Performance Marketing is responsible for driving high-quality lead generation and delivering a seamless digital customer experience across residential and commercial segments. This role leads the strategic use of digital channels—paid media, SEO, email, web, and emerging platforms—to attract and convert prospects while enhancing engagement at every stage of the customer journey. Operating within the Optimizely platform and integrated with D365, the Head of Digital & Performance Marketing ensures a cohesive, data-informed approach that supports sales growth, improves marketing efficiency, and elevates the end-to-end experience for both customers and prospects.
