Located along the shores of Fort Lauderdale Beach, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is a premier destination known for its welcoming service and stunning ocean views. As we continue to enhance the guest experience, we are seeking a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Resort Manager oversees operations and food & beverage, ensuring seamless daily execution, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive environment for guests and team members. This role plays a key part in executing the resort's vision and serves as the top operator in the GM's absence.
This is an opportunity to lead at a vibrant beachfront resort, and help create unforgettable guest experiences!
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Director level, overseeing operations focused departments.
- Proven leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Luxury or Boutique Hotel Experience.
- Strong background in operations, including food & beverage.
