2nd Shift Production Clerk (Finance)
The Production Clerk provides clerical support to production supervisors and management.
Job Responsibilities
• Calculate/summarize daily production paperwork for supervisor/management review.
• Maintain employee attendance and timekeeping records.
• Distribute production schedules to line personnel.
• Review production documentation and maintains accurate reports.
• Utilize system functions such as Word, Excel, SAP, etc.
• Maintain accurate and complete files.
• Work with management to provide any kind of clerical support needed.
• Communication effectively.
• All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the states safety policies and procedures.
• All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our Quality Food Program.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
The pay for this position is $21.55-$22.55. All offers will be based on a candidate's skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees and certifications, and internal equity. This range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations.
Required Education and Experience
• High School diploma or GED.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
• Ability to make decisions based on standard practices.
• Ability to handle multiples tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve,
• Basic computer skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Kronos experience.
Working Conditions
• Work is performed in an office setting.
• Occasional exposure to industrial operations including: temperature extremes from approximately 35°F to 100°F; noise levels in excess of 85 dB; moisture and moving machinery.
