Senior Advisor Financial Operations - EVERNORTH (Finance)

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Financial Analysis assignments/projects. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in the setup, payment, tracking and reporting of financial and rebate guarantees in accordance with Express Script's PBM client contracts. Additionally, this individual will coordinate and maintain workload management and lead development of the team to ensure that production targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place.This individual will be responsible for leading calls with cross-functional partners and clients. Responsible for processing business transaction including the identification of system issues, enhancements and required testing of financial system for reconciliation of rebate and pricing guarantees. Requires regular communication with management and cross functional areas in order to meet deadlines, requests, results and resolve issues effectively. Recognized internally as "the go-to person" for the most complex assignments in financial areas. This individual will be key in providing new hire feedback to accelerate new hire effectiveness. This individual will be asked to participate in special projects, assist with escalations, meetings and complete ad hoc reporting and analysis.
