Onsite Manufacturing Manager (Marketing)
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS
\nCommunication with all Plant personnel internal/external customers and vendors. Represents plant on company level manufacturing and project teams.
\nFrequent contact with the VP of Manufacturing and the VP of Engineering.
\nDECISION MAKING
\nSuccession Planning Employee Relations Production Scheduling actions to satisfy customer requirements quality reporting staffing technology process improvement and technology changes.
\nOTHER
\nSupervisory Responsibilities: Team Leaders (typically 3 - 6 leaders) and hourly employees.
\n
\nAll team members are responsible for demonstrating the company's Core Values at all times and for using Performance Excellence principles to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, products, and services. This includes, but is not limited to, participating in improvement teams, recommending, and implementing improvement ideas, and participating in training and other activities to keep up to date on processes, information, etc.
