Responsibilities will include: Managing the company purchasing program including initiating new vendors, reviewing purchase compliance and managing existing vendors. Includes managing the company purchasing platform if applicableLead in review and negotiation of service agreements and contracts to manage expensesAnalyze Company spending trends with goal of lowering Companys expenses Maintain expertise on purchasing, accounting and other software platforms Manage Company Insurance Plans and Renewals Ensures documentation and adherence to Asset Management policies and procedures as well as develop and process improvements for efficiency and profitability.Assist in special and ad hoc projects as required i.e. portfolio real estate tax and Insurance programs. Other Duties as assigned
