The Job Details are as follows:
Are you passionate about data-driven digital marketing and creating great online experiences? We're looking for an energetic and experienced website marketer to define and drive our website engagement and conversion strategy and execution in alignment with our enterprise marketing goals. You will work with our web marketing team and our global marketing, sales, and design colleagues, collaborating at the highest levels, to help develop and execute on our web strategy, including conversion-rate optimization, testing and experimentation, and user experience enhancements that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will help develop a deep understanding of our customers and site visitors in the library community through data collection, integrations, insights, and cross-functional partnerships and use those insights to inform site strategy, architecture, and execution. And, most of all, you will have a strong desire and aptitude for learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement in an ever-changing marketing landscape that includes new approaches that leverage AI to help increase demand and create innovative experiences.Minimum Required
