Investment Stewardship Analyst (Finance)

As an Investment Stewardship Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and executing our evolving active ownership activities. The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate a strong understanding of key governance trends and financially material sustainability topics, applicable to investment outcomes across global markets, with a primary focus on issuers in North America. The candidate will be expected to contribute to sector and industry specific research and engagement in collaboration with other partners in the broader investment practice. The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of proxy voting and engagement cycles and be willing to attend industry events to gain insights into best practices, which can contribute to their work within the Stewardship Team.

Salary Range:
$99,600 - 169,200 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
