Medtronic Peripheral Vascular Health is dedicated to the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous diseases. We offer our physician customers a comprehensive suite of products and therapies to treat varying degrees of vascular disease, including deep and superficial venous disease, carotid and peripheral arterial disease, arteriovenous creation and maintenance, and procedural support. Job Description
Strategic Planning : Turn marketing objectives into commercial reality by developing, managing, implementing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness and preference for our therapies and products. Starting with the marketing objectives and target audience, you will use your experience to develop omni-channel marketing campaigns incorporating paid, owned, earned media; customer journey mapping and content strategy; positioning and messaging; creative concepting and development; audience testing; conference strategy and promotions; and digital and social media marketing.
Content Development : Create a broad variety of content from conception through approval and distribution, including advertising (print, digital), collateral (brochures, sell sheets), convention graphics and promotions, websites, social media content (paid and organic), video, audio, animations, etc. Must have strong creative acumen to lead, direct, assess, and recommend the best creative approach for all deliverables. In developing written assets, must understand and apply the elements of writing excellence, with both substantive and creative copy solutions.
Project Management : Must be able to manage several active projects, budgets, timelines, and deadlines across multiple products in a collaborative manner. This includes managing the pre-review and approval processes, brand management and compliance, internal and external agency partners, print and asset publication, quarterly metric reports with insights and recommendations, etc. using internal and external platforms. Monitor and report project status to team members and product manager colleagues.
Must Have:
You will need a bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience working in a similar role in a corporate or agency environment (0 years with Masters)
Expertise managing multiple tasks and projects
Nice to Have:
Proven ability to understand global marketing communications principles and cultural issues
Creative acumen
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry and/or other regulated industries.
Writing and/or editing experience
Understanding and experience in marketing to physicians and consumers
Experience leading integrated marketing communications and/or omni-channel marketing campaigns

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,000.00 - $108,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
U.S. Pay Transparency (for SIP, Commission, Hourly Direct, Interns, Executives)The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
