As CRD continues to expand globally, driving consistency and transparency across the sales process is critical. The Head of Sales Operations will partner closely with senior sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain a scalable sales infrastructure that enables growth, improves visibility, and ensures accountability across the organization.
What you will be responsible for
• Lead the global sales operations function supporting direct and partner sales teams across all geographies.
• Own the end-to-end sales pipeline and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in data and reporting.
• Provide in-depth analysis of sales performance, pipeline trends, conversion rates, and territory coverage to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards and tools for sales leadership, executive management, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity within CRM and other sales systems, and partner with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in tools and reporting infrastructure.
• Manage and develop the global Sales Enablement team to ensure the CRD salesforce is equipped with the right tools, training, and content to succeed.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to support operational governance, internal policy adherence, and risk management throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale sales processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive operational excellence across the sales organization.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations that influence growth initiatives and performance optimization.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience supporting global sales teams in an enterprise software environment is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise with Salesforce and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Clari, Tableau, Excel).
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, and legal frameworks in SaaS or enterprise technology sales.

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $190,000 Annual
