Closing and Funding Manager - NOLA (Administrative)
We are seeking a Closing and Funding Manager for the New Orleans Home Loan Closing and Underwriting Department.
The Home Loans Closing and Funding Manager manages a team responsible for the compliant, effective production of final home loan documents, disbursement of funds, and effective management of third-party vendors associated with loan closings. This role is responsible for ensuring that the interest of Credit Human is protected by the proper, timely filing and recording of necessary legal mortgage documents with municipal and/or parish offices. This role is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely collection and disbursement of all funds associated with mortgage transactions including loans sales to investors.

Salary Range: $75,987 to $82,412 Annually
