Infrastucture Security Engineer (Information Technology)
Responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring and upgrading security measures.
Implementing secure systems and features that prevent unauthorized users from accessing company data.
Involves defining, implementing, and enforcing corporate security polices and best practices.
Promptly responding to data security crises and applying software patches to server, network and end user technologies.
Oversee and manage remediation steps for annual penetration testing results.
Develop, implement, distribute, and manage monthly security education courses to company team members.
Monitor the IT infrastructure for security breaches and respond to incidents as needed.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Formal training in computer hardware, software, and networking or a bachelor's degree.
At least 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training experience in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, network, server, and datacenter technology.
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of IT Infrastructure including network, voice, server, storage, datacenter, cloud, and cyber security.
Proven Project Management experience.
Technical certifications are a plus but not required.

Strong documentation and communication skills. Adept at oral communication, listening, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Inclination to share knowledge. Continually educate and update the ACR business functions and IT departments.
Busy Savviness. Ability to speak in business terms translating technical concepts into business terminology.
Service Mindset. Excellent customer service skills, real-time communication, simplify complexity in communication.
Merger and acquisitions experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS IN ADDITION TO ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in network security, firewall operations, intrusion detection systems, penetration testing, and information assurance.
Practical knowledge of cybersecurity practices, security policies, best practices, and compliance regulations.
In depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
Experience with MDR (Managed Detection & Response), EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), NDR (Network Detection & Response) and XDR (Extension Detection & Response).
SKILL LEVEL ASSESSMENT
Performs work under general supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers more demanding issues to the Sr. level engineer. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. Requires a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience.
