Principal - Data & Governance Metrics, will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes are aligned with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal processes. This position will involve developing and maintaining data driven insights and metrics to enhance the effectiveness of the IGA processes for Northern Trust. The role will report to the Director, Identity Governance and Administration, ensuring execution of strategic roadmaps related to 1st line of defense IAM governance practices. This hands-on tactical role will also be responsible for executing identity governance policy, standards and control adherence and serve as a principal partner in strengthening and maintaining productive alliances with business units. Additionally, this position will be instrumental in aligning with business, technology, information security and other corporate teams to establish and strengthen adoption of identity practices, standards and controls. The selected candidate will partner with IAM architecture, engineering, operations and program teams to ensure that identity governance and administration strategy and roadmaps are in alignment with other IAM capabilities and towers of work.

4. As an IAM subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
6. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Salary Range:
$137,400 - 233,600 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
